Peer mentoring plays a critical role in supporting new international graduate students as they navigate academic expectations and disciplinary discourse. This article examines a structured mentoring model designed for a Global Pathways program that facilitates professional development, academic engagement, and meaningful interpersonal interactions, benefiting both mentors and mentees within a learning environment.
