TC: African Leaders Take Charge

In May, TESOL International Association and Africa ELTA organized a 4-week blended leadership training experience for 57 English language teaching professionals from 24 African nations. In this article, participants share how this experience sparked their growth as leaders and how they plan to cascade what they have learned.
