As Gen Z and soon Gen Alpha join higher education and reshape learning with AI‑infused expectations, the gap between students and educators has never felt wider. Yet through dialogue, empathy, and a willingness to unlearn stereotypes, we can transform generational divides into powerful learning bridges.
