2025 Election Ballot

Published on October 22, 2024

Greetings,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to address the concerns some members have raised about not receiving the election email to vote in the 2025 TESOL election.

We have identified several reasons why you may not have received your ballot.

  1. Email Delivery Issues: Members have to add the election vendor as a safe sender to their contacts. The election vendor info is  [email protected]. If members do not add this email to their contact list, they may not receive the email to vote because it will be blocked. In some cases, the email may have been directed to your spam or junk folder. We recommend checking these folders in case the email was misdirected.
  2. Outdated Email Address Issues: If your email address on file is outdated or incorrect, it may have caused the ballot to be undeliverable. Please verify that you have updated your email in TESOL’s database or contact Rita Buckner at [email protected] to have her update your email information.
  3. Expired Membership Issues: The election email only goes out to members in good standing.  Please verify that you are current on your membership dues otherwise you will not receive the email to vote. If you are not sure of your membership status, please contact David Anderson at [email protected].

Please see the link below to view the 2025 TESOL Election slate and a video that details what to do if you have not received your election email. https://www.tesol.org/news/2025-tesol-election-slate/

If you still have not received your election email after addressing the issues above, please contact Rita Buckner at [email protected] .

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
