Will vs Am/Is/Are Going To

    Hi All,
    I am teaching some beginners and am struggling to explain when to use "will" vs "am/is/are going to" when teaching the future tense.  Can someone post a link to a pdf or printable explanation. The various sources I have checked all give different answers about when to use which.
