In the forefront of global intercultural research and studies since her renowned 2002 book - Critical Citizens for an Intercultural World: Foreign Language Education as cultural politics - prof. Maria Manuela Guilherme will unfold the relevance to us of her most recent Glocademics project and of its new conceptual framework. The latter will surely respond to our need to be “critically reflexive upon the subtleties of intercultural communication and interaction in democratic, decolonial and global academic exchanges.”
