Hi everyone. I am Alex from Indonesia. Is there anyone around this universe willing to collaborate in virtual English teaching, English competition or project? I'm currently working as a teacher at school and lecturer at University. I'll be super grateful to meet passionate teachers to cooperate. Please contact me if you are interested in mutual assistance. Thank you

    Hi Alexander,

Your desire to collaborate is commendable!

If you are looking for teachers to connect with, two good platforms are ePals.com and the British Council's Connecting Classrooms program.

    Hi Alexander,
I teach a TEFL Program at my University and my students here need to be able to observe EFL classroom teaching as well so some practice teaching.  If you thought it would be mutually beneficial, maybe your English students would want conversation classes taught by my TEFL students?
    Just a thought-

    Dear Jennifer,
I'd be happy to arrange some observations for your students and some practice teaching as long as your students will offer some conversation hours or one-on-one conversations with my students. I teach and run a few online English classes for students in Vietnam currently. You can see a link of the academy (eduling.org) in my signature block. Please feel free to email me back if you'd like to collaborate.
    Best,
    Linh

    Hi Alexander-

At this time I only have 3 students in my TEFL Program and they won't be ready to start "teaching" their conversation hours for a few more weeks.  We have just gotten into lesson planning and I'd like for them to have some more training before they start.

That being said, we should talk now to see how we can work together when the time comes.

Is there a time or day that works best for you?

    Hi Alex,

My name is Kevin and I'm also working as a lecturer of English at University. Your offer seemed quite exciting for me since I was also looking for such a project recently. I am living in France at the moment and giving online lessons from my property in Cannes. Please get in touch with me if you are interested.

    Best regards

Hi Alex, I am still a bit new to TESOL and still establishing my profile, but have ten years of teaching English and German (University, private institute, MNCs and voluteering with asylum seeking youth) as a side gig while actively employed - marketing for an international airline - and am interested in finding out more about your project. I have traveled to Asia a bit and have some contacts in Bangkok and Singapore.
Perhaps you could send/post some more information.
    Best regards, Heike

    Dear Alex,

I have been thinking of a similar project. Before the pandemic, my students were involved with intercultural dialogues from university students who came to visit our campus. Due to the pandemic, these trips have been cancelled. I would love the opportunity for my students to have some virtual dialogues on global topics while practicing their English. My term starts in January of next year if you are interested. We can start planning :)
