Introducing myself

  • 1.  Introducing myself

    Posted 22 days ago
Hello everyone. I am happy to be a member of such an international team. Having been working in the field of education for 13 years, this is the first time I have participated in such an international program. I am proud to be on a team with colleagues from all over the world, to learn from their work experiences and to share my experience with them. I look forward to many news from this program and try to do my best as much as I can. Training in such a project opens the door to new opportunities for me in the future. I hope that I will get on with the team quickly and  the team also welcomes me warmly.

Hello, Nigora!  Welcome to our community.  It is certainly an international audience!  Tell us a little more about your teaching experiences.  What do you enjoy the most?  What do you find challenging?

    Best wishes,

    Ilka

    Dear Ilka!
Thank you for taking an interest in me, it inspired me even more!
As for my work career, I teach English to high school seniors. Currently, the demand for learning English in our country is much higher than before. Applicants are also required to take an English language test to enter higher education. The school I work at also specializes in English and math and students are selected on a test basis. That is why highly qualified teachers are especially valued in our school.
Our school program aims to prepare students for the CEFR national assessment system, so we strive to improve our students' four skills, namely listening, reading, writing and speaking. To do this, in addition to school textbooks, we refer to various publications, Internet resources.
I try to engage my students as interactively as possible in the course of the lesson, encourage each student to speak English, and ask them to write a list of what they learned from the lesson at the end of the lesson.
For now I can say that, I will try to talk about other aspects in our next conversations.
It is also important for me to know about you, I would be grateful if you could tell me about your activities and interests. I look forward to your reply.

     Sincerely, Nigora
