    Hello everyone,

The Global Education Professional Learning Network (GE PLN) in collaboration with Black English Language Professionals and Friends (BELPAF) invite you to participate in our online symposium, "Inspiring, Empowering & Advancing our Global ELT Community" to be held on Saturday July 23, 2022 from 8:00am to 6:00pm ET USA.

Equity and Inclusion is the central theme of this year's Symposium hosted by TESOL's Professional Learning Networks (PLNs) BELPaF & Global Education! The intersection of our diversity deserves to be explored and the symposium aims to inspire, empower, and advance educators around the world who serve the ELT community. In line with our goals of focusing on issues that affect and support the needs of ELLs and their teachers, we continue to question how we become more efficient and effective in striving for success.

We want to continue these conversations. As such, we welcome proposals that focus on topics such as:

    • Equity & inclusion
    • World languages
    • Social justice in a global context
    • Linguistic justice in ELT
    • World Englishes
