This session will describe the experience professional development in using tools to engage educators from public school settings. The experience will highlight how the virtual format allowed conversations around theory best practices in ELT by using interactive virtual tools. It will showcase how enriching discussions around the ELT classroom happened using a variety of tools that motivated teachers to frankly reflect and open up about their teaching practice. Participants will leave with several ideas on how to use the regular virtual tools to promote engagement, conversation, and reflection in teacher training.
