The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Trans (LGBT) Professional Learning Network is a global community of English language education professionals who are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, or "Friends."
We are a group of almost 300 practitioners and academics who affirm and respect the diverse sexual and gender identities of English language students, teachers, and teacher trainers by seeking to foster learning environments free of bigotry, prejudice, and violence.
This summer, the PLN helped organize the webinar "Revisiting the curriculum that dare not speak its name: LGBTQ+ Inclusive Curriculum in TESOL," currently available on TESOL's YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nxko1tPwNgc
