    Hey, everyone!

It's time for another #TESOLtake5 and this week, we're focusing on connecting with others when life gets hectic. Friendships can have a major impact on your health and well-being, but oftentimes, we don't give time to destress and reconnect during the work week. Set aside some time to call a friend and chat about everything but work. It will boost your happiness and reduce your stress. Watch for more "Take 5 with TESOL" breaks!

    Take care, Natalie

    Hello Natalie,
Thank you for this lovely “take 5 with Tesol” post
this week. It’s funny because my friend “Anastasia Khawaja- Incoming Chair of the Membership Professional Council “ called me a few days ago and said” I’m not calling to talk about work. I just want to see how you are doing.”
Yes, friendships are important and it’s great to connect and destress.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful TESOL International Association for connecting people. I met Anastasia for the first time in the TESOL lounge live, my favourite place!
Thank you TESOL for connecting us and thank you, Natalie for this great Take 5 with TESOL!❤️
