Hello language artists wherever you may be :),

I hope all is going well.  Apologies for being out of touch -- the pandemic has had me in a bit of a spin, but now I am regaining my balance!  Reminding myself that arts heal.

Good news!  The Career Path Development PLN led by Dr. Liz England has invited us to collaborate in two great ways and here they are:
    1.  an intriguing, revealing, dramatic 60 second project to be announced officially on Saturday November 7th 3 pm ET at the CPD Webinar.  I will post the link for that webinar later this week and hopefully some of our language artists can attend.  Here's an advance peek at the CPD-A&C project.  Sounds like meaningful fun, right?

"Tell us your story in 60 seconds:  How has the global pandemic affected your TESOL career path?  What made 2020 special for you?  It can be anything - good or bad!  Please make and send us a recording of your voice - clear and succinct!  Share your TESOL minute with colleagues worldwide!  Deadline:  15 December 2020."

CPD invited me to present on a pivotal topic for career development at their same webinar this Saturday November 7th at 3pm ET.  My colleague Shannon Parks and I will give a 35 minute presentation on arts in language education, both online and in class.  It's up our alley here in Arts & Creativity PLN so we hope some of you can be there.  CPD is so welcoming and upbeat!

Here's the poster for the event.  Stay tuned and hope to "see" you all soon.
