    Hi Chandra:

I see from your profile that you have taught English to learners of every age group!  What great experience!  What has been your favorite age group to teach?

Teaching kids below 10 is my favorite. Intellectually, it may not be as satifying as teaching the 17-20 group. The days that I taught at the primary level are the days I enjoyed teaching. I had to teach all the subjects- languages, mathematics and science - though basics. At the primary level, every thing we do results in learning by the child. That is the most impressionable age. We can imprint positive emotions through our behavior on their minds.

Yes, primary age is fun!  Did you have any favorite activities or games you liked to use in the language classroom?
