    I just saw a note from another colleague in Nepal.
    It's great you are utilizing technology. Do you find that your students have adequate access? There are lots of articles in the TESOL archives about online learning.

    Hi Richard Boyum Sir,
       Comparatively it's a challenging tasks for all students to engage in online class. But, firstly I categories those students who have adequate access to internet. Those who have proper access to join the online class. And  those who are not able to join online class are using Radio, Television educations and create small group for those students and teacher were able to communicate properly.
    if anyone have good idea to engage all students in online class please share your experience............
